Shipping
Insured, tracked delivery is complimentary worldwide. Pieces leave the studio within two business days of a cleared payment, packed in a plain outer box with the dust bag and any inclusions listed on the product page.
You will receive tracking when the carrier scans the parcel. Signature may be required. If a delivery window is missed, write to client services and we will trace it with you.
Returns
You may return a piece within 14 days of receipt. It should be unworn, unaltered, and complete with its inclusions. Contact clients@sorellavievault.com for a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is back and inspected, usually within five business days.
Final-sale pieces, if we ever mark one, will say so on the product page before you add it to your bag.
Authenticity
The 14-day window is for a change of mind. Authenticity is separate: if a piece we sold is proven inauthentic, we refund it in full, without a time limit.
