What we collect

If you write to us, sell a bag, or join the private list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, message, and any photographs or optional notes about a piece. Checkout details are collected by our payment provider, not stored on this site.

How we use it

To reply to client services messages and private-list requests.
To review a sell submission and contact you if we are interested.
To fulfil an order, including insured shipping and returns.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiles. A sell submission is used only to evaluate that bag.

How long we keep it

Client notes and submissions are kept for as long as we need them to complete the conversation or meet a legal duty, then deleted. You may ask us to delete a submission that we have not already acted on.
